As part of Ratio Seven’s professional, driven, and dedicated team, Ratio Seven is currently seeking an energetic Trainee SAP / On Construction Energy Assessor (OCDEA).

In its initial stages, the position will involve supporting their existing Energy Assessors in completing various calculations and reports for Building Control applications across a range of small to medium-sized developments.

It will provide valuable experience that will complement future training.

Trainee SAP (Part L) Energy Assessor (OCDEA)

Upon successful completion of this initial probationary period, Ratio Seven will fully fund and support the successful applicant’s formal training and qualification as an On Construction Energy Assessor.

A City & Guilds or ABBE Level 3 Diploma will be awarded, which will qualify the individual for accreditation as a practicing Energy Assessor.

If you have studied a construction or built environment-related course in the past, or if you have direct experience working in this field, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Candidates with an interest in this area and a desire to learn are welcome to apply.

Applicants should have at least an A-level or HND diploma and an interest in technical and mathematical subjects. Ratio Seven prides themselves on offering their clients the highest level of service.

The role relies heavily on written and verbal communication, so it will be important for applicants to demonstrate a strong understanding of the English language.
