Colin Francomb has worked and managed within large house building companies throughout the UK. Ratio Seven was established in 2008 offering a full range of energy and building consultancy services.

The company has enjoyed steady growth year on year. Our portfolio spans a wide range of projects from rural prestige housing developments, dilapidated barn and outbuilding conversions up to large scale residential sites. We believe the ability to draw upon our insider knowledge within the house building industry gives us the edge over our competitors.
