An additional pair of hands and fresh eyes when working under pressure and to tight deadlines can reap rewards in the long-term, by reducing costly mistakes.

At design phase it is advantageous to have access to designs in addition to your working drawings. These include; ground floor designs, heating and electrical designs, roof designs and ventilation designs. We can fully manage this process.

What do we do?

All designs/drawings will be meticulously checked and we will report back to you on any issues we may find. We will also be on hand, if required, to deal with any technical or construction issues whilst on site.

Going through this process is especially beneficial to your subcontractors – they will have all the information needed to provide accurate pricing, which in turn, helps you the developer to eliminate unknown or unforeseen expenditure.
