Air permeability testing and airtightness testing are essential elements in the construction of any new build property, helping to reduce energy consumption and lower heating costs for the occupants.
Since 2006, all new developments in Cardiff and throughout the UK must undergo an air test as required by Part L (England & Wales), Section 6 (Scotland), and Part F1 (Northern Ireland) of The Building Regulations.
