Part O Building Regulations 2022
The full technical consultation on the Future Buildings Standard is expected to take place by 2023. This consultation will cover draft guidance and proposals for technical detail. The interim uplifts to Part L and F of the Building Regulations were met with tepid response from the built environment community. The first Future Homes Standard homes will be built in the West Midlands on Eco Drive. They are designed to be energy efficient and have good ventilation.
