Proposals for more than 60 new care apartments off a large Lincolnshire village have been submitted. LACE Housing has applied to West Lindsey District Council for permission to build a ‘care village’ made up of 62 flats and 10 bungalows on land east of Prebend Lane, Welton.
Proposals for 25 new affordable houses have been put forward for a Lincolnshire village where a similar scheme was rejected earlier this year. Back in August, the Lindum Group’s plans for 23 affordable homes on land south of Vasey Close in Bassingham were “disappointingly” rejected by North Kesteven District Council.
