We have been working with CB Homes for over 5 years across a wide variety of developments, and in that time we have been instrumental in achieving a standard specification, resulting in a significant reduction in build costs across all CB Homes sites.

Ratio Seven were instructed to provide a full technical package including Part L1A SAP Calculations, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, Air Tightness Testing, Water Calculations, Technical Coordination and Building Regulations advice.

The project required a former dairy building in Tarporley, Cheshire, previously transformed into an annexe cottage, to be converted into a first-floor office/hobby room with a personal car showroom/garage on the ground floor.

We were brought in to ensure the conversion complied with current Building Regulations and to provide Technical coordination for the project. We also provided Part L1B SAP Calculations.
