An urban residential in Manchester site totalling over 90 plots of mixed housing association and affordable home dwellings. Ratio Seven were instructed to provide Part L1A SAP Calculations, Technical Coordination and to ensure the site reached Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
After a thorough and detailed check of the current specification, we informed the client we could design out certain elements, and still be able to achieve Code Level 4. This resulted in a substantial cost-saving for our client across the entire site.
