Millpool Development – Tarporley, Cheshire

The Millpool development consisted of two large prestigious detached dwellings situated in Tarporley, Cheshire.

We provided Part L1A SAP calculations, Technical Coordination, air tightness testing and building regulations advice.

We have been working with CB Homes for over 5 years across a wide variety of developments. In that time we have been instrumental in achieving a standard specification, resulting in a significant reduction in build costs across all CB Homes sites.

Royal Green Road / Manchester

Ratio Seven were instructed to provide a full technical package across this site of 11 dwellings in an urban conservation area within Manchester. The existing public house needed to be demolished and be replaced with 11 mews, semi-detached and detached properties.

We provided SAP L1A calculations, Air Tightness Testing, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, Technical and Construction specifications, ventilation design, inspection and commissioning.

Darley Avenue / Manchester

An urban residential in Manchester site totalling over 90 plots of mixed housing association and affordable home dwellings. Ratio Seven were instructed to provide Part L1A SAP Calculations, Technical Coordination and to ensure the site reached Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

After a thorough and detailed check of the current specification, we informed the client we could design out certain elements, and still be able to achieve Code Level 4. This resulted in a substantial cost-saving for our client across the entire site.

The Guest House / Tarporley

We were instructed by local architects SBS Designs, who we have been working with for over 5 years. The project required a former dairy building in Tarporley, Cheshire, previously transformed into an annexe cottage, to be converted into a first-floor office/hobby room with a personal car showroom/garage on the ground floor.

We were brought in to ensure the conversion complied with current Building Regulations and to provide Technical coordination for the project. We also provided Part L1B SAP Calculations.

The end result is a stunning conversion, which was a pleasure to be involved with.

Southern Street / Manchester

This project came to us via a client recommendation. A city centre infill site consisting of two 4-storey townhouses in Manchester, constructed to a very high standard.

Ratio Seven were instructed to provide a full technical package including Part L1A SAP Calculations, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, Air Tightness Testing, Water Calculations, Technical Coordination and Building Regulations advice.
